Important Notes

Participation: WP leaders and co-leaders, PIs and the involved team of researchers of each partner are expected to attend in person – The EC project officer is also expected to attend in person
The estimated costs for travel and hotel is about 1000 Eur/person
The 2 lunches on the 17th-18th will be delivered at ICTP cafeteria, nearby the venue: estimated cost for both about 15-20 Eur/person

Partners Introduction: Each PI gives a 3 minutes/ 3 slides presentation of their team and contribution overview - a template will be provided

WPs Overview and dedicated working sessions: Each WP leader will have at least 30 minutes slot for an overview of their WP and to chair the following discussion (minimum 60 minutes) - a template will be provided
Each partner involved in a WP will contribute to the WP overview with a few slides, also highlighting important points that they consider important to be discussed during the dedicated working session.
